Sales Representative Guidelines
1. Payment is of commission basis. Every purchase referred by you is recorded down. At the end of the month, Variant Online will bank in 5% of the amount you brought in for the company into your bank account. A statement will be released to you on pay day.
2. Sales representatives are NOT to collect money. Procedure of purchase are as follows:
a. Customer shall fill in the purchase form provided with the catalogue (the form can be photostated).
b. The Sales Representative will log in to www.variantonline.co.nr, click on “Purchase Form” and enter in the information provided on the form into the online form. The Sales Representative MUST place his or her name and code in the “Sales Representative” column or the purchase will not be recorded as your sale.
c. Personnel from Variant Online will then personally contact the customer and if the transaction is successful, it will be put under your record.
d. You will be notified regarding the outcome of the purchase.
3. Sales representatives MUST have at least ONE successful sale in TWO months. Failure to do so will result in us dropping you from the list of our representatives. We will still pay your commission for that month until the point of elimination of representative status, if there is any commission.

4. There will be a catalogue given to ease your marketing. The catalogue is updated constantly so do check your email regularly to see if there is any new updated catalogue or not or is there any news from Variant Online. Only the catalogue of the latest updates is deemed valid and any catalogue prior to it is deemed invalid.
6. The Management of Variant Online reserves the right to amend, add, or drop any guidelines written herein at any time, without prior notice.
